how much would it cost to renovate.?
hi all
i know u can t tell me exact, but i ve found some properties for sale in France and I’m thinkin of buying one.
Now the thing is, some are in good condition, some need slight decoration and some are in need of total/complete renovation.
now i dont know about the hourly rate of a builder, but i just want a rough idea from someone who ( maybe has bought a similar french property) has an idea.
I’m mainly interested in Brittany and Normandy.. and hav found some nice houses (which need renovating) fo 50,000 Euros.
now how much would i roughly need to fix this place up
