What sort of care do Corian countertops require?
We’re remodeling our kitchen and are leaning heavily toward putting in Corian countertops. The color sample we’ve got says that dark colors need special care and maintenance to maintain the finish. I’m just curious what sort of care and upkeep we will need to consider with these countertops. Also, with the integrated Corian sink, do I need any special cleansers?
I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen also. We have done some shopping about and I will be getting Corian counter-tops. The sale person at Lowe’s have informed us that Corian requires no special care. That is the reason we are purchasing them rather than getting granite or something of the sort.
Best thing you can do is talk with the dealer and get some pamphlets and info on them. I will be doing more checking due to your question.
