What laws regulate mobile homes in Dallas county and the City of Dallas? More specifically, where can I find these laws?
Basically, I have a good deal on a mobile home that needs to be moved and a lot in the Dallas city limits (in Dallas county, of course). City water, power, and sewer are readily available on the lot. I recently moved here from Houston and there was a law that said basically “no new mobile homes allowed in Houston city limits — remodeling an existing one is fine, but no new mobile homes”.
Is this the case in Dallas as well?
Does anyone know where the governing law is exactly?
