What are some Christmas decorating ideas that can be done by the mentally ill?
I teach classes at a psychiatric hospital, and my class is entered into 2 decorating contests, one for the door and one for the entire room. Any ideas? These are adults, so nothing to childish, but some of them are slightly dangerous, so nothing that can be used to choke, stab, hit etc.
I would suggest making a paper quilt. Give everyone a square piece of paper for them to decorate however they want and then have someone up them together like a quilt. You can make some sort of theme and put them in chronological order if you wish.
