I have a one room apartment-just got charcoal grey carpet in main room, black and white check tile in kitchen ?
and tiny dressing room. The walls of the kitchen and bath were painted a warm off white (swiss coffee). Here’s the issue. The main room-living/bedroom and the little dressing room with built in desk between main room and bathroom are sloppily painted an old light green (sort of seafoam). The walls are dirty and need a coat of paint. What do I do? White/off white? Off white with a touch of grey or blue? Remember-it’s a one room apartment so it wants to look big–I guess. I want a clean sleek modern look. Help! Your ideas appreciated.

I probably should have said clean, spare look. No throw pillows or goo ga’s.
I wouls stick with the light grey or white to brighten the space.I think white would be better,if you want it to look bigger.
