What is the next step after the board approves the plans?
We have approved plans for the renovation of our house vouncil - is an extension – living room, bathroom and staircase – to be built below the level of exisitng. We do not know all the builders and do not know who to call for this begins. The board said we had to obtain a construction certificate. Should I call a constructor? carpenter? Someone can tell me what category to be search directories?
Call a technical construction. Make sure your state allows. Check their licenses. You can do it online. If you do not get an engineer for the project is authorized, it has problems.
